If only establishing a direction for your career were as easy as... or stopped with... declaring a major. But a degree is only a step. To help you take the next step, we've designed EDGE... an early-career rotation program that allows you to choose different functional areas and business units, providing exposure to an office environment as well as field or client-facing work.
You'll build your technical and strategic skills, sharpen your business and communications chops... all while working within a structured training curriculum and receiving ongoing feedback from your mentor, senior leadership, and other seasoned pros.
Membership is selective, a strong commitment and a high degree of flexibility will help you get the most from the program.
